Placing an Order

1) Call us at 1-866-732-3352 Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm EST and one of our friendly staff will be pleased to assist you.

2) E-mail your order to info@frillylizard.ca. Let us know how to contact you. We’ll call to confirm your order and obtain your credit card information. Please do not email us your credit card information.

3) Mail your order along with payment to:

  Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We will also accept payment by money order for orders that are sent to us by mail.
 
   
  Shipping & Delivery

All orders received by 9 am Monday to Friday will be filled and shipped in 3 days. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know, and give you an estimate of when you can expect to receive it. If you don’t want to wait, we’ll allow you the option of canceling the order.

  Taxes

Residents of Canada:
We will bill you the applicable GST and PST, (if you’re a resident of Ontario), and remit the proper amount to Revenue Canada.

US Residents: We will not charge you any federal or provincial sales tax. Your local customs authority may charge you sales tax based on the state you reside in.
 
   
  Customs and Duty

Items that are manufactured in Canada or the USA are generally not assessed duty. However, items that are imported (made in a country other than Canada or the USA) could be assessed duties and taxes. Customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order by product type. For instance, a shipment containing sweater would read: Sweater, value: $50.00 Cdn. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still listed on the outside of the item. Please keep this in mind if you are sending an item as a gift to someone who lives outside Canada.

  Order Tracking

You can track your order by calling Customer Service at 1-866-732-3352, 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Please have your order number handy when you call. You can also email us to inquire about your order.
 
   
 

Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind our service and our products. If any item that you receive from us is damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us by mail within a reasonable amount of time. We will gladly replace or exchange it, or issue a refund. When we receive the item, we will refund you the cost of the product, any applicable sales tax, and the return shipping cost. Please note that shipping and delivery charges incurred to send the item to you are not refundable. Processing the return once we receive the item usually takes five business days.

If you need to return your purchase, repack it in the original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of your receipt to insure that credit is applied to the correct account.

If you prefer, you can return the item to our store. Simply bring the item and the invoice that accompanied it to the store and any of our sales associates will be able to assist you.
